About Russ

At 13 years old, playing touch football with the local kids, Russ made a discovery that has shaped his entire life. He was back to receive a kickoff and for whatever reason the thought popped into his head, “there is no way I am going to let anyone touch me, I AM GOING TO SCORE A TOUCHDOWN!” And he did score that touchdown.

Thus was born the lifelong passion for passion and desire. He has had his times of desire and times when he allowed it to disappear. Through the process he has discovered that desire is something that can be built.

Before all success comes desire. But all is not lost if your desire is not strong enough. If there is a kernel of desire in you, Russ has discovered how to build that desire to the point that you can achieve your goals.

This desire drove Russ to become a two-time World Record Holder in Water Skiing and to develop a system of coaching that works for everyone with the desire to work it. This system has produced World and National Champions.

He is now bringing that system to the business world. Russ is excited to see the horizons expanded, as people plug into this system and see their dreams become their lifestyle.
